- Beerhaus: Located at The Park -- the new outdoor destination featuring restaurants, bars and entertainment -- the new Beerhaus restaurant evokes the feeling of a beer hall with a variety of draft, bottle and can beer options on offer. Dine on a regionally sourced menu that includes roasted sausages and rotisserie sandwiches with premium meats such as porchetta, beef brisket and free-range chicken. (Courtesy Beerhaus)
- The Linq Hotel & Casino: The hottest new hotel on the Strip is the first in Las Vegas to feature bunk bed rooms and is a hit with Millennial travellers. Located in the middle of the Las Vegas action, this hotel also features an outdoor shopping district and the High Roller, the world’s tallest observation wheel. The hotel was officially named and opened less than two years ago after a $223 million renovation of the Quad. (Courtesy The Linq Hotel & Casino)
- Madame Tussauds Las Vegas: The popular celebrity waxwork museum kicked off 2016 with new wax figures based on two of Las Vegas' most loved celebrities: Donny and Marie Osmond. Located at the Venetian, Madame Tussauds also features favourite displays like The Hangover Experience with Alan, Phil and Mike, Lady Gaga, and the amazing Marvel Super Heroes 4D Experience. - Bliss Dance: This 40-foot-tall sculpture of a dancing woman debuted at the desert festival Burning Man back in 2010. It now illuminates its permanent home at The Park with more than 3,000 LED lights. (Courtesy Bliss Dance)
- JEWEL Nightclub: Just opened this spring, JEWEL at the ARIA Resort & Casino can host more than 2,000 party goers and is equipped to host a variety of musical performances, from DJs to live music. The first-of-its-kind production wall features dual-sided LED video screens and special effects lighting, also allowing for 360-degree movement. (Courtesy JEWEL Nightclub)
- Neon Museum: It's just been a year since the Riviera Hotel & Casino closed and its sign is now one of the few to be restored and illuminated on display at the Neon Museum. Visit the museum's Neon Boneyard to see other neon signs from Vegas' past on display. (Courtesy Neon Museum)
- Carbone: You no longer need to go to New York City to dine at Carbone. The Big Apple's famed restaurant has opened a branch in Las Vegas, now open at the ARIA Resort & Casino. James Beard recipients Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick are inspired by mid-20th century Italian-American history, but combine this with modern techniques to create a unique dining experience. - SLS Las Vegas: Starwood Hotels & Resorts beefed up its hotel portfolio with the addition of SLS Las Vegas on the Strip. The three distinct hotel towers -- the Story, Lux and World, with more than 1,600 guest rooms between them, -- have been rebranded, renovated and reopened for summer 2016 under Starwood’s Tribute Portfolio. An on-site spa, two pools with a pool bar and beverage service, retail space and fitness centre make sure you truly have everything you need during your stay. (Courtesy SLS Las Vegas)
