Fantasy Fare: Pastrnak's loss is Krejci's gain
Terrible loss for fantasy owners of David Pastrnak, the Bruins sniper whose left hand is now in a cast after slipping and falling while coming home from a team function on Sunday night. He required surgery on his left thumb and it’s going to take two, maybe three, weeks before the cast is removed and doctors can more accurately predict how long he’ll be out.
