He graduated from the journalism course at Humber College and was an intern at the Toronto Sun while in school. Connor started working at the Kenora Daily Miner and News after graduating. CRIME SCENE: Four arrested in stolen vehicle crash

Four suspects have been arrested after a stolen vehicle being chased by police collided with another vehicle. Toronto Police said when officers attempted to stop a stolen vehicle in the Dufferin-Bloor Sts. area around 3:15 p.m. on Monday, it fled and collided with another vehicle. The driver of other vehicle was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The occupants of the stolen vehicle fled on foot. Police arrested four suspects: — An adult male was with possession of property obtained by crime, flight while pursued by peace officer, dangerous operation, and possession of automobile master key. — A male youth was charged with possession of property obtained by crime, possession of automobile master key, and failing to comply. Pedestrian hurt in west-end collision A pedestrian has serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle in the city’s west end Monday night. Toronto Police say the pedestrian — hit around 10:40 p.m. in the Weston Rd.-Eglinton Ave. — was rushed to hospital by an emergency run. The driver remained on scene. Recommended video Two saved from house fire Two adults have been saved from a Scarborough house fire. Police say the two-alarm fire call came in at 6:50 a.m. on Tuesday in the area of Kingston and Markham Rds. The two conscious adults were pulled from fire, with unknown injuries.
