PAGET: Vacation sex will improve intimate relationships
When I lived with my ex-partner, we’d regularly spend a weekend in a local hotel, just because. We lived in downtown Toronto and both had demanding careers that kept us distracted during the week. As a result, our sex life suffered. I’d look forward to those weekends when we’d steal away to the suburbs, stay in a hotel and reconnect. Without the noise of the city, ever-present reminders of work and the tedious stresses of daily life (think: unfolded laundry and dirty dishes in the kitchen sink), we were able to relax and have better sex than we did at home.
