LEVY: Former Toronto councillors jump on shelter engagement gravy train
While Torontonians were busy dealing with COVID-19 and its restrictions, a series of consultants — some of them former councillors and all seemingly NDP-friendly — were contracted for millions of dollars to “engage” with residents in neighbourhoods where homeless shelters would be located.
