CLOCKING IN A job is only worth the value it brings to the organization in a competitive market, not one penny more. Government constantly capitulates to public sector unions and raises taxes. No accountability. In the real world, with the private sector that creates the wealth we covet and pays for everything, you deal with rising costs, relocate or perish. That is why we see rust belts.
