To keep Canadians coming, Palm Springs hangs love letters in its streets
The 40 red banners, attached to light posts on the city’s main road, are hard to miss. Each one – hanging outside hotels, restaurants, bars, art galleries and other attractions – features an image of the Canadian flag shaped as a heart.
