Emergency crews had to use the jaws of life to extract the 24-year-old actress from her vehicle as well as another driver who was seriously injured after Pullos allegedly struck his Kia April 29 on a freeway in Altadena, Calif.
The actress also collided with a Chevrolet moments before the second wreck.
Pullos and her father were seen picking up Taco Bell on the way to Malibu Detox and Residential Treatment Center on Wednesday, according to the Daily Mail.
The GH star, who has played Molly Lansing-Davis since 2009, reportedly had mini bottles of tequila and marijuana edibles in her white 2019 Ford the night of the crash. It is not known what she is getting treatment for at the facility, the news outlet reported.
“It was determined Haley Pullos was involved in a hit-and-run traffic collision that occurred in the city of Pasadena prior to entering the wrong way onto the eastbound SR-134 freeway,” authorities confirmed in a police report, adding that the driver of the first car did not suffer serious injuries.

The driver of the Kia, a 23-year-old man, was rushed to hospital.
Pullos reportedly became aggressive with firefighters during their rescue, shouting at them not to reuin her “$400 f***ing shirt,” and fought with hospital staff before she was sedated.
The actress has been off the ABC soap recovering from the crash and replaced with actress Holiday Mia Kriegel.
“Unfortunately, I was involved in an automobile accident and I’m doing okay, but I am going to need a little time to recover,” Pullos said in an earlier statement. “I will be back as soon as possible!”
