While Biden has yet to officially declare his candidacy in 2024, he has consistently stated he plans to run for reelection and keep Vice President Kamala Harris as his running mate.
Rogan, who has criticized both Biden and former U.S. President Donald Trump, already said he would back Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis if he ran for president.
But if he had to choose between 45 and 46, Rogan wasn’t shy about whose name he would check on the ballot.
“I would vote for Trump before I’d vote for Biden, just ‘cause I think with Biden, he’s gone, like, you know, he’s gone (mentally),” the podcaster told guest Russell Brand during a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience.

“You’re gonna be relying on his cabinet,” he continued. “And I knew his cabinet would be this f***ing sideshow of diversity — which is exactly what it is.”
Rogan continued his rant with a reference to Sam Brinton, a former Biden Department of Energy official who faces multiple charges for allegedly stealing luggage from other passengers at airports on numerous occasions and who identifies as non-binary.
“That one person who stole all the women’s clothes. That Sam Brinton — that’s a diversity hire,” Rogan said.
“You just said, ‘Oh, look at this — a man who dresses like a woman and has a beard and a mustache, but also wears lipstick. This is perfect for us,’” he mocked the Biden administration.
“’I don’t give a f*** what this guy’s good at or bad at,’” Rogan continued. “‘I don’t give a f*** what their credentials are. This makes us look like we’re inclusive. This makes us look like we’re on the right side, so let’s hire this person.’

“You can’t have those kind of people running a Ben & Jerry’s. You certainly can’t have those kind of people running the f***ing most powerful government the world’s ever known. It’s nuts. It’s nonsense,” he added.

Brand agreed with Rogan but acknowledged that Biden was the “perfect president for the time.”
The British comedian explained: “’Cause he’s like the perfect metaphor of what it is. This system is over. And for all of the talk of diversity, what have you got? You’ve got a career politician, white male that’s falling apart before your very eyes.”
