Federal prosecutors say they are refusing to offer the publishing heiress any kind of a deal to the publishing heiress who has long been suspected of being a pimp to late billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Maxwell, 59, faces a slew of sex trafficking charges and is slated to go on trial on Nov. 29 in New York.
The statuesque brunette was also delivered another setback by Federal Judge Alison Nathan. Maxwell’s legal team didn’t want the accusers to be referred to as “minors” and “victims” but the judge torpedoed that.
Nathan also ruled that the alleged victims can use pseudonyms when testifying at the trial later this month.
Maxwell has pleaded not guilty and denied any wrongdoing.
However, if convicted, she faces a prison sentence that would see her caged until she is 93-years-old.

The longtime Epstein insider is suspected of knowing the late financier’s secrets and those of some of the world’s most powerful men, including her pal Prince Andrew who is also under fire.
Her legal eagles were also barred from using Epstein’s magical Florida non-prosecution agreement that he believed prevented the women who allegedly procured underage girls for sex from being prosecuted.
But Nathan ruled the dirty deal doesn’t protect Maxwell.
According to the New York Post, Maxwell has also continued her jailhouse moaning, this time concerning mail delivery and early-morning wake-up calls on court dates.
