While some might find dating and marriage among older people a bit surprising, there are those who believe that commitment at an older age is healthier since both people have the maturity to handle things.
It doesn’t matter what age you are, you can still find love and have fun.
As these celebrities have proven, it’s possible to rewrite one’s story to include a happier ending:

At the age of 63, Valerie Bertinelli revealed that she has a new boyfriend and is “in love.”
The One Day at a Time star and former Food Network personality thought that when she and her second husband divorced in 2022, that was it for her, and she was going to die with her cats and live the rest of her years alone, according to People magazine.

Her new beau, whom Bertinelli has not named, is a writer 10 years her junior from the East Coast.
The two are currently doing things long distance and make sure they don’t go without seeing each other for more than three weeks, she revealed.
“My belly is flip-flopping,” she told the publication. “This was not supposed to happen.”
For the longest time, Clooney seemed like the perennial bachelor, dating beautiful younger women and engaging in relationships that were never anything serious.
That is, until he met British lawyer Amal Alamuddin at the age of 51.
The actor who seemed like he was never going to get hitched and have kids did just that.
The pair were married in Venice in 2014, welcomed twins Ella and Alexander in 2017, and will be celebrating their 10-year wedding anniversary in September — she’ll be 46, Clooney turns 62 next month.

It was “love at first sight” for Dennis Quaid, who at the age of 65, laid eyes on Laura Savoie, then 27, in 2019 before the two eloped the following year.
“Laura’s the love of my life,” Quaid told People last year. “She came along, and we have a bond with one another that I never had with anybody else before.”
He added that it’s the simple stuff that they like doing, calling it a “joy of life that we share together.”

That said, sources told People magazine, Pitt “couldn’t be happier.”
Ford and Flockhart began dating in 2002, when he was 60 and she was 38, so naturally, most people thought the seemingly odd couple wouldn’t last.
More than two decades later, the pair have been happily married for 13 years, share a son, and are still going strong.
