Paris Hilton’s new husband, Carter Reum, has a nine-year-old lovechild with one-time reality TV star Laura Bellizzi.
The news broke over the weekend, just days after the venture capitalist exchanged vows with the hotel heiress in Bel-Air, California, and now his spokesperson has confirmed reports, while playing down stories suggesting Reum has only seen his daughter once in her life.
Reports suggest Reum signed paperwork acknowledging paternity last year.
The mother, Bellizzi, is a former star of VH1 reality show Secrets of Aspen.
Ironically, Paris has made it clear she wants to start a family with Carter and has begun in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments to become a mom.
The couple wed on Thursday at the former estate of Paris’ late grandfather, Barron Hilton. The newlyweds returned there on Saturday for a huge party, which featured celebrity guests and a performance from Macy Gray.
