The Saturday Night Live star was performing a recent standup set at the Netflix is a Joke festival and he used his time onstage to poke fun at the rapper, who started harassing the funnyman online after he embarked on a relationship with West’s estranged ex, Kim Kardashian.
Davidson, 28, who said he was having a “weird year,” started off by saying he was worried he had contracted AIDS because West told him he did and “he’s a genius.”
“I was like, I better call my doctor. The guy who made College Dropout thinks I have AIDS,” The King of Staten Island star quipped. “John Mulaney called me. He’s like AIDS? You should spread a rumour he has polio.”
Davidson then made a wisecrack about West’s attempts to insinuate himself back into Kardashian’s life by name-dropping Mrs. Doubtfire, the 1993 movie in which Robin Williams impersonated a housekeeper so he could be closer to his kids after he and his wife divorced.

“Does anyone else secretly hope that Kanye pulls, like, a Mrs. Doubtfire? I come home one day and they’re like, ‘This is the new housekeeper,’ and he’s like, ‘What’s up, fam?!”
The comedian also admitted his feud with the Stronger hitmaker is “really weird” because he doesn’t know how to deal with an ex who has publicly threatened him.
“No one was like, ‘This is what you do,'” Davidson said. “Everyone’s like, ‘Oh, yeah… you staying with your mom? You in a safe spot?'”
Earlier this year, West released Eazy, in which he rapped about how he wanted to “beat Pete Davidson’s ass,” with the accompanying music video featuring an animated version of Davidson getting buried alive.
In March, Davidson taunted West in a text exchange in which in said he was “in bed with your wife.”
“Kim is literally the best mother I’ve ever met,” the Staten Island native wrote in screenshots shared by comedian Dave Sirus. “What she does for those kids is amazing and you are so f—ing lucky that she’s your kids’ mom. I’ve decided I’m not gonna let you treat us this way anymore and I’m done being quiet.”
