The day after the 30 Rock star was charged with involuntary manslaughter, Hilaria went full-on victim, coming out of their New York apartment in her sweatshirt with the word “empathy” plastered on it.
Hilaria then lectured photographers about invading her family’s privacy — in what Morgan called her “fake Spanish accent,” in his latest column in the New York Post.

Morgan called the couple out on how they want to protect their kids privacy but when it comes to their social media, the seven children are used relentlessly to “enhance” their brands.
Hilaria’s Instagram account is pretty much all photos and videos of the family.
But the first post Alec shared since learning of the criminal charges was a photo of Hilaria being hugged by one of their sons with the caption, “The old ‘let me give you a back rub’ ploy.”

People slammed him for what many perceived as a sexual “joke,” and he later edited the post to include, “Potato chips to follow,” but it had people associating him with something other than his role in Hutchins’ death.
Baldwin’s lawyer called the decision to charge the actor a “terrible miscarriage of justice,” but someone needs to be held accountable — though it should be noted the movie’s armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, faces charges of two counts of involuntary manslaughter, and assistant director David Halls signed a plea agreement for negligent use of a deadly weapon.
“Imagine that being your public reaction to such serious news?,” Morgan wrote of Baldwin’s backrub post. “And imagine using your kids to promote yourself on social media right after your wife orders the media to leave those kids alone?”
He added: “But then, that’s the Baldwin way, isn’t it?”
