Vladimir Putin caught on camera unable to use right arm
All eyes are on Russian President Vladimir Putin for any signs of his failing health.
The latest? He appears to have lost the use of his right arm.
That theory comes after footage showed him raising his left arm to try to swat away a mosquito while his right arm hangs like a wet noodle down his side.
Rumours have been floating around about his bloated face (overusage of steroids, resulting in “’roid rage”), cancer and dementia. A limp limb is just another symptom to add to the collection.

What does that mean for her daughters, Wynonna and Ashley? They are out of luck as Judd’s will was prepared four-and-a-half years before she took her life and was of “sound mind” when she approved it.
