Caitlyn Jenner defended her trip to Israel amid ongoing Iranian missile attacks that forced her to hide in a bomb shelter.
The reality star and former Olympic gold medallist flew to Tel Aviv last Thursday to attend the 2025 Tel Aviv Pride parade as its guest of honour.
The event ended up being cancelled due to the missile attacks.
“Pray for us all. We will prevail,” the 75-year-old captioned a photo of missiles in the air above the Israeli city.
“I am happy to stand with Israel today, now more than ever.”
Jenner chronicled the visit with photos and posts on social media, including her meeting with Tel Aviv’s mayor, touring the Western Wall in Jerusalem, and visiting the homes and families of those whose loved ones were taken by Hamas on Oct. 7, 2023.
“I am here in Israel, in Tel Aviv with you all. I am a friend, advocate, ally, and thank you to the Israeli people for making me family,” she wrote on Saturday.
“We will prevail and liberate the poor Iranian people held hostage by terrorist thugs!”
In another post, Jenner lauded Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and U.S. President Donald Trump for not allowing “this reckless violence towards so many [to] continue.”
Jenner added: “Israeli jets overhead in Iran now. (Bye bye terrorists). We will liberate Iran’s citizens.”
Jenner crossed into Jordan on Sunday after flights out of Israel were cancelled, the Times of Israel reported.
The former athlete appeared to be safe, although TMZ reported she was not back in the U.S. as of Monday.
That said, Jenner shared that she had zero regrets of her trip and the timing of it.

“Many people are asking if I regret or second guess my journey to Israel and being there while we were attacked,” she wrote on X on Monday.
“Simple answer- NO. There is nowhere I would have rather been.”
She elaborated to TMZ: “I was proud to be in Israel, the past few days, including when the bombings started. I sheltered in place alongside Israelis and foreigners this included, Christians, Jews, and Muslims.”
Jenner continued: “The unity and strength of the diverse spirit of all faiths and nationalities sheltering together as one people was a ceiling I can hardly explain without getting emotional. The best version of humanity was on display in the bunkers.”
She added that she has “not one ounce of regret or fear in being in Israel over the past few days” and “there is no place or people I would have rather been with.”
