Rogan said on his podcast “The Joe Rogan Experience” Saturday that Dwayne Johnson was actually smaller when he was a 30-year-old professional wrestler than he is now at 50. He suggested steroids had to be responsible.
This came on the heels of internest star Liver King, real name Brian Johnson, being revealed as a steroid user after he had claimed his body was natural. Liver King released a video saying he had used steroids in the past and gets 0.6 ml of testosterone every week, according to the Daily Mail. He had told fans to eat bull testicles, raw animal livers and beef brains.

Rogan said of The Rock: “There’s not a f—-g chance in hell he’s clean. Not a chance in hell. As big as The Rock is? At 50? He’s so massive and he’s so different than he was when he was 30,” Rogan said.

The Rock recently bulked up to film Black Adam and said “the physical transformation” was one of the biggest challenges of his career.
Rogan also spoke about how steroid usage by film stars is likely commonplace these days, but they never get grilled about it.
“Mainstream television is so woefully p— poor at interviewing these people and pressing them, and they let them off the hook every time.
“Every single time, whether its Thor, whether its Hemsworth or any of these people,” Rogan said.
