Lawyers representing Samantha Barbash, who led a team of exotic dancers as they ripped off wealthy clients, have fired off a letter to STX Entertainment executives, demanding payment for the use of their client’s likeness, personality, biography and identity.
According to the letter, obtained by TMZ, Samantha’s lawyer, Bruno Gioffre, claims his client “unequivocally rejected all offers to be included in the film”, which she feels is a “flagrant violation of her rights”.
Barbash previously told the outlet she felt studio heads had tried to cheat her out of a fair deal and she refused all packages they came up with while the movie was in production.
