Will Kendrick Lamar spike war of words with Drake at Super Bowl?

The NFL season has begun, the Super Bowl halftime show performer has been announced and a quick glance at the calendar shows we’re only four months away from Super Bowl LIX.

Hot off his fiery feud with Drake, the league announced that Kendrick Lamar will be the headliner in New Orleans on Feb. 9.

So naturally betting sites are already looking at the odds of whether the rappers will keep the disses coming or if by the time the family-friendly halftime show rolls around the two will have called a truce.

OK, maybe friends is too strong a word given that nothing has been the same between the pair since they first collaborated in 2011 (Lamar on a track from Drake’s 2011 album Take Care; Drake showing up on Lamar’s breakthrough album Good Kid, M.A.A.D City.

But since then, the two have fired shots at each other through back-and-forth diss tracks, so if you are a betting woman or man, then we think we know which way you’re leaning.

BetOnline.ag was quick to create prop bets with one question being, “Will Kendrick Lamar diss Drake during Super Bowl performance?”

The odds imply a 66.7% likelihood that Lamar will diss Drake with the odds of yes at minus-200 (1-2) and no at plus-140 (7-5).

The site also offers odds on which of Lamar’s songs he will perform first at the halftime show with N95 on top with 1-2 odds.

United in Grief came in second with 3-1 odds, while one of several diss tracks against Drake, Euphoria, was in third with 5-1 odds.

The website previously offered odds for who would be the halftime show headliner and Lamar was a long shot at 28-1.

Lady Gaga was the favourite with odds of 3-2, while Miley Cyrus was second at 2-1.

Meanwhile, Bodog also has odds around Lamar’s halftime guests — and if the sportsbook is to be believed, Drake is a dark horse at plus-4,000 when it comes to showing up on stage.

Instead, Lil Wayne, Pusha T, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg have way higher odds to be featured than Drizzy with Cyrus, A$AP Rocky, Taylor Swift and Beyonce also showing better odds.

The site also predicts the odds of Drake being in his feelings and posting on his Instagram Stories during Lamar’s performance at plus-200.
