Nothing gets past Kelly Ripa.
The Live! co-host, 54, reunited with her former workmate Ryan Seacrest on the show Monday and used the occasion to poke fun at his first official flub as host of Wheel of Fortune, reported the New York Post.
“So, tell me about Wheel of Fortune now. Have you learned how to spell?” Ripa said to Seacrest, 49, on Live! where he was visiting with his sister to promote their new children’s book.
Seacrest admitted he doesn’t text well, but added: “(Ripa) knows that. But on the puzzles, I’m OK. I kind of know where we’re going with the puzzles.”
“Because you have the answer in front of you, don’t you?” Ripa said.
“Either in my head or in front of me. I mean, it’s somewhere,” Seacrest replied.
Seacrest co-hosted Live! with Ripa from 2017 to 2023, before taking over Pat Sajak’s job on Wheel of Fortune, making his debut on Sept. 9, 2024.

The flub happened last Friday as Seacrest awkwardly paused for a long time after Wheel of Fortune contestant Cody Hunger correctly guessed a letter puzzle to say “out of the way.”
Luckily, veteran letter-turner Vanna White, 67, sensed what was going on and signalled to both host and contestant the puzzle was complete.
“Cody? That’s it!” Seacrest finally said to Hunger.
Viewers definitely noticed the on-screen moment, and there was even a Reddit thread created to discuss it.
