Their breakfast footlongs — the Egg & Bacon, Egg & Ham and Egg & Cheese — took the top spots coming in with 1,080, 1,050 and 990 calories, respectively.
To make up for mowing down on the calorie-heavy culprits, one would have to do up to 908, 882 or 832 burpees, respectively.
Less hungry customers can opt for the six-inch sandwich, effectively cutting the calorie counts by half.
So with that, the next two on the list with the highest calories counts belong to Burger King and their telling names — the Enormous Omelette Sandwich (782 calories, which equals 657 burpees) and the Double Crosissan’wich with Double Sausage (764 calories, which translates to 642 burpees) — pretty much give it away.

Wendy’s’ Breakfast Baconator with 710 calories (and its ensuing 597 burpees) takes sixth place , while Tim Hortons’ Sausage Farmer’s Breakfast Sandwich weighs in with 680 calories (about 571 burpees).
Burger King’s Double Crossan’wich with Sausage & Bacon, Timmy’s Sausage Farmer’s Breakfast Wrap and Starbucks’ Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap round out the top 10.
McDonald’s doesn’t factor in until Nos. 12, 13, 14 and 15 with its, in order, Sausage ‘N Egg Bagel with Everything Bagel, Sesame Sausage “N Egg Bagel, Mighty McGriddles and Sausage ‘N Egg Bagel with Plain bagel with calories counts between 600 and 610.
As for the same restaurants’ healthiest items, Tim Hortons’ Omelette Bites are the lowest in calorie count with 127, followed by McDonald’s hash browns with one clocking it at a mere 160.
Starbucks’ Egg White & Roasted Red Pepper Egg Bites, Burger King’s Egg and Cheese Wrap, a small order of Wendy’s seasoned potatoes and Subway’s Egg & Cheese Sidekick follow.
