The Canadian fast-food chain known for flame-grilled burgers and a maverick attitude toward customers’ toppings is ringing in the new year with a new offering — the Frings Poutine, featuring their classic fries and onion ring mashup topped with cheese curds and smothered in gravy.
Even better, the company said its limited-time “mouth-watering creation” is already available in stores nationwide.
“Harvey’s has always been about celebrating the flavours Canadians love and Frings Poutine is no exception,” Harvey’s chief operating officer Michael Nault said in a news release. “By combining our famous Frings side of fries and onion rings with our signature poutine in one irresistible dish, we’re giving Canadians a fresh, fun and uniquely Harvey’s twist on a classic favourite.”

Harvey’s said the “uniquely Canadian” dish is the “perfect combo … of crispy fries and golden onion rings” along with Harvey’s “signature gravy and authentic cheese curds,” making it a “bold new take on a dish loved across the country.
“Frings Poutine is perfect for sharing with friends, indulging in a solo treat or adding a little excitement to your meal … it’s designed to satisfy cravings, create unforgettable moments and give Canadians a chance to ‘put a ring on it,'” the fast-food chain said.
The Frings Poutine was officially launched Monday and Harvey’s said it is available until March 30.
