We all confront various situations in business and life. What triggers one individual to behave in certain ways can often be quite different for another.

Being in tune with your emotions will allow you to read situations better, through words, and non-verbal cues. Body language is huge when it comes to understanding what others might be feeling or thinking.
Are people being genuine? Is anything being hidden? The reason why emotional intelligence it is so powerful in business, is due to the fact that the skill is seen as a highly valuable asset to overall performance.

When it comes to the real estate, and in particular, new homes, we all know that buying decisions can become quite heated and emotional.
After all, it is only one of the biggest purchases an individual will ever make. How emotions are handled, will play a huge part in the outcome of final decisions.
Pay attention to how you feel before taking action. Settle down prior to what your initial emotions tell you. In other words, after visiting several properties, pause.
