The real estate market in Toronto and the GTA still experiencing record highs, but there’s an intriguing alternative for potential homeowners — and it’s right on the water.

According to its MLS listing, the price is $339,000, a bargain considering the cost of homes today.

It’s been updated with new floors, windows and hot water tank, plus it’s freshly painted so consider it move-in-ready – unless light, bright and heavenly isn’t your thing.

The houseboat also comes with a built-in refrigerator, propane stove and furnace, as well as boat must-haves like bumpers and ropes, a bubbler and a motor.
