New DoorDash Canada data showed that only 15% of Canadians who ordered flowers from them leading up to Valentine’s Day 2024 scheduled their order ahead of time. The company said the remaining 85% waited until almost the last minute on Feb. 14 to place their orders with the most common time being 12:19 p.m.

In Ontario, over 50% of flower orders placed on DoorDash Canada on Valentine’s Day 2024 included roses, while the other most popular flowers after roses were tulips, carnations, orchids and lilies.

Notably, there was only one order on DoorDash Canada last Valentine’s Day that included daisies in Ontario.

Data also showed the largest flower order on DoorDash Canada last Valentine’s Day in Ontario included 48 roses.
