The exact time that people are having the most sex? That would be 10:09 p.m. on Saturdays, per the global study, which included 2,000 sexually active adults across the world being surveyed on their between-the-sheets habits.
Of those polled, 43% of respondents said Saturday was their preferred day to copulate and the day the deed was most likely to be done.
Next up? Friday. It came in second with 22% of respondents, followed by Sunday (10%) and Thursday (6%).
As for those earlier days in the week? Not exactly appealing for most when it comes to bedroom romance.
Not surprisingly, Monday was the least favourite day of the week for sex, with just 2% of respondents ranking it as their top preference.

Late-night hours were the most popular for sex, the study found, and 10:09 p.m. was the most sexually active minute on the clock.
Weekday afternoons were the least likely time for respondents to be going for a romp. More specifically, Mondays at 1:02 p.m. were deemed the least sexual moment of the week.
The lingerie experts also analyzed how often people are having sex. Nearly half of respondents (48%) said they partake in sexual activity with another person once a week.
Meanwhile, 19% of respondents said they were sexually active twice a week and 13% answered yes to more than three times a week, while 7% said they were in action four times a week.
Only 1% of participants said they were sexually active daily.

As to how often adults would like to have sex, most, including men between the ages of 25 and 45, said that having sex twice a week is ideal. However, women in the same age group were found to have the highest sex drive and said that having sex four times a week is ideal.
“As a sexy lingerie retailer we aim to make as many people as possible feel their best and most confident in their garments, be that alone or with a partner to enjoy,” Marina Nicoli, marketing manager at Pour Moi, said in a statement, per the Post.
“So it’s really interesting to see how intimacy varies from person to person around the globe, but also to know that it is the weekend evenings that seem to be the most popular time for people to feel at their most relaxed and ready to enjoy time with their partner.”
