Police said the suspects allegedly impersonated mail carriers by wearing a Canada Post jacket and baseball cap before entering residential buildings and opening mailboxes or mailrooms using a Canada Post master key. The suspects were also able to open Canada Post street mailboxes using a master key and allegedly stole mail, parcels, packages and personal identification.

On Tuesday, two search warrants were executed in the Sherbourne St.-Dundas St. E. and Dufferin St.-Davenport Rd. areas, where police said items of evidentiary value were located, including Canada Post master keys, a Canada Post jacket, mail, identity documents and credit cards.
