Exactly seven weeks earlier, Grewal was conditionally discharged for allegedly choking her with both hands last summer in another booze-fuelled episode at his Oakville home.
In the early morning hours of Aug. 24, 2019, Danylko and Grewal were drunk at his residence, the court hearing was told on Nov. 12, 2019.
Court records indicate she bit his hand after he covered her mouth until she broke free and scrambled to a neighbour’s house.

Grewal, 30, also has a prior absolute discharge for a peace bond on a domestic assault allegation in August 2017 involving another woman in Peel region.
Danylko recently told the Sun’s Kevin Connor she and her boyfriend were ringing in the New Year at EFS Social Club at King and Bathurst Sts. when things started going south.

“We were arguing the whole night and he kept leaving the booth and acting weird … he gets very jealous of me,” Danylko alleged, adding they eventually went back to his Oakville townhouse where the trouble escalated.
Danylko claims Grewal was furious she was going on a trip to Costa Rica without him and bit off her nose.
Halton Regional Police confirm officers responded Jan. 1 at 6:22 a.m. to Danylko’s boyfriend’s residence, where they located a woman with her nose bitten off.
Danylko has reconstructive plastic surgery scheduled for March, which will likely include using part of her ear to rebuild her nose.
Grewal is scheduled to appear in Milton court Jan. 28 to face aggravated assault, forcible confinement and failing to comply with probation charges.
None of the allegations have been proved in court.
