Durham Regional Police were called early Tuesday morning to a restaurant in the area of Brock and Rossland Rds. in Pickering, where an intoxicated man was allegedly causing a disturbance.
An impaired driver drove to the West Division police station to complain about being arrested earlier for causing a disturbance and being intoxicated in public.

A short time later, the man allegedly drove to a Durham police station while still intoxicated to complain about his earlier arrest. The man failed a breath test at the station and was arrested again.
A 42-year-old Ajax man was charged with operation while impaired and exceeding blood-alcohol concentration.
The man’s licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
