In Nashville’s criminal court last Thursday, Sean Herman pleaded no contest to felony official misconduct. Following his new plea deal, the carnal copper was sentenced to one year of supervised probation, per the New York Post.

Herman was also granted judicial diversion, which means that if eligible defendants successfully complete probation as ordered, their cases can be dismissed and the charges cleared from their record.

The 35-year-old was fired from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department in May 2024 after detectives with the Specialized Investigations Division found that their officer was wearing his uniform in an X-rated video produced by local OnlyFans star Jordin.

The skit shows Jordan after she was “pulled over,” exposing her breast and then inviting the officer to grope her as she tries to avoid a ticket, News Channel 4 previously reported.

The officer can’t be seen from the shoulders up, but part of his police patch on his arm was briefly exposed as he reached for the OnlyFan creator’s breast, showing that he worked for the Nashville department.

Investigators determined that the video was created on April 26 in a warehouse parking lot while Herman was on duty as a patrol officer.

He was arrested and charged with two counts of official misconduct in June and was later released on a $3,000 bond.

Herman served with that Nashville police department for three years before his firing.

“That was one of the most outrageous, disrespectful acts that a person here could do and, by disrespectful, I mean to all the MNPD employees and this agency,” the department said at the time.

For her part, Jordin told Law & Crime in March that the video wasn’t shot for her content on OnlyFans, but rather for promotional purposes to share on social media and increase “clicks.”

The content creator, who appeared alongside her husband, identified as “hubs,” said that she didn’t know Herman before the video and that he had responded to a post on a Reddit page about potentially filming a full video in the future.
