Toronto Police said officers responded to a call about two people who were arguing Saturday around 5:30 p.m. in the Queen-Sudbury Sts. area. A man pointed a handgun at and assaulted a victim, according to police.
On Sunday, officers executed a search warrant and recovered items of evidentiary value. .
Akir Brathwaite, 21, of Toronto, faces charges, including pointing a firearm and assault with a weapon.

A man allegedly made inappropriate gestures towards women and was also seen following teenage girls, according to Toronto Police.
A woman was walking in the Bloor-Bathurst Sts. area on Saturday at 4:15 p.m. when a man allegedly blocked her path and made inappropriate gestures towards his victim, said police.

After the victim left the area, the man performed similar inappropriate behaviour with other females in the area, according to the allegations. He was also seen following teenage girls.
