CRIME SCENE: Suspect sought after early morning assault in East York

Police are asking for help in locating a man wanted in an assault investigation.
On Monday at 7:14 a.m., Toronto Police said they were called to an assault in the area of Victoria Park Ave. and Dawes Rd.
Police said the suspect and victim were inside a residence and the victim was allegedly assaulted and threatened.
Terrence Allen, 57, of Toronto, is wanted for assault causing bodily harm, assault-choking, assault with a weapon, forcible confinement and uttering threats to cause death.
He is described as 6-foot with a medium build, short grey hair, a grey beard and blue eyes.

Toronto Police said a victim was stabbed and robbed in the east end on Monday afternoon
At 2:47 p.m., police were called to the area of Midland and Eglinton Aves., where the victim was allegedly robbed and stabbed.
The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
There was no suspect description, but they may have fled in a grey SUV.
