Police are trying to identify suspects involved in a shooting at a gas station in Brampton on Tuesday afternoon.
Peel Regional Police said officers received a call at 4:16 p.m. for a shooting at a gas station near Goreway Dr. and Queen St. E.

The suspect vehicle, a white Acura RDX with the Ontario licence plate CLHW 001, fled from the scene, but has since been recovered by police.
There were no injuries reported and police said Wednesday that no arrests had been made.
Anyone who has information related to this incident, including video footage of the vehicle or suspects in the area of Goreway, Queen, Mayfield Rd. and Clarkway Dr. between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Tuesday, is asked to call police at 905-453-2121, Ext. 2133 or Peel Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
2ND MALE CHARGED IN OSHAWA RENTAL FRAUD
A second male has been charged in relation to a rental fraud investigation in Oshawa.
Durham Regional Police’s financial crimes unit in May 2022 began an investigation into a male suspect who, between September 2021 and May 2023, is alleged to have fraudulently posted ads on Facebook Marketplace advertising apartments for rent in London, Ont.
After allegedly taking first and last month’s rent from victims, police said the suspect would cease all communications. A suspect was taken into custody on May 14, 2023.
Through further investigation, police said a second male was allegedly involved in laundering more than $76,000 from 55 victims.
Gopi Gugan, 26, of Scarborough, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with fraud over $5,000, laundering proceeds of crime, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence.

PEDSTRIAN DEAD AFTER CRASH IN NORTH YORK
A female pedestrian has died after being struck in North York on Wednesday morning.
Toronto Police said the pedestrian was walking eastbound on Wilson Ave. and crossing at Faywood Blvd. when a blue Honda Odyssey travelling southbound on Faywood made a left-hand turn onto Wilson before colliding with the pedestrian.
The pedestrian was taken to a hospital and later died.

MAN SOUGHT AFTER STORAGE LOCKER THEFTS
A 33-year-old Toronto man wanted by police is accused of stealing items from storage lockers inside an East York apartment complex earlier this month.
Toronto Police said officers responded on Jan. 13 to a break-and-enter call in the Danforth-Westlake Aves. area.
The accused allegedly entered an apartment building on Jan. 10 at about 5:50 a.m. and forced entry into several storage lockers before fleeing with stolen goods.
TORONTO MAN FACING WEAPON CHARGES
A Toronto man facing eight weapon charges was allegedly wearing body armour at the time of his arrest in North York on Tuesday.
Toronto Police said officers from the integrated gun and gang task force opened an investigation into a male suspect believed to be in possession of a firearm.
Police said that on Tuesday at 12:15 a.m. officers located the accused in the Jane St.-Falstaff Ave. area. He was arrested and allegedly found to be in possession of a semi-automatic handgun and ammunition. Cops said the accused was also allegedly wearing body armour.
Collin Grant, 39, was charged with possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm, possession of a restricted or prohibited firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized, using/storing/handling a firearm carelessly, using/storing/handling ammunition carelessly and two counts of possession of a firearm while prohibited.
