These are among the new details that were previously withheld from search warrant documents stemming from the police probe into the horrific Danforth shooting.
The 29-year-old shooter turned his gun on himself after being wounded in the leg by a cop.
As police combed for a motive, the newly released details show police seized videos about Iraq and 9/11 conspiracy theories in Hussain’s bedroom — including films by American conspiracy theorist Alex Jones such as The Road to Tyranny, which advances the theory of government involvement in Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

Also found were copies of Loose Change and 911: In Plane Site — discredited ‘documentaries’ that dispute official explanations about al-Qaeda’s attacks on the United States.
Police also found a quantity of ammunition underneath Hussain’s bed, including loaded magazines for an AK-47 rifle, two fully loaded 9mm handgun magazines, and a variety of loose ammunition.

Two receipts totalling $9,300 were also found for cash payments to the Abad Co-operative Housing Society in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, labelled “mosque fund, membership fee, transfer, pillars and forms fees.”
A quantity of white powder, believed to be cocaine, was also found, as well as an “islamic head dress.”

Police described Hussain as a troubled loner fascinated by violence and explosions. He was also plagued by mental illness, his family alleges.
Hussain had no criminal record but had several run-ins with the law, including being busted for shoplifting two days before the shooting.
He was released unconditionally.
Police were also called to Hussain’s apartment three times in 2010 to deal with an “emotionally disturbed person,” the documents stated.
The Toronto police and the province’s Special Investigations Unit are conducting separate investigations into the Danforth tragedy and neither indicated when their investigations would wrap up.
