Suspect sought after phone used to film up TTC passenger's skirt

Toronto Police are looking for help in identifying a suspect in a voyeurism investigation where a phone was used to film up a woman’s skirt at a TTC station.

On Oct. 13, police received a call for service at the St. Patrick subway station in the area of Dundas St. and University Ave.

Police said the victim was on the subway and the suspect sat directly across from her.

The victim was informed by other passengers that she was being recorded on a camera phone by the suspect. She exited the train and was followed by the suspect, who used his phone to film up her skirt.

The suspect is 20 to 30 years old, about 160 pounds and has black hair. At the time, he was wearing a black dress coat, jeans, black shoes and orange and black glasses.
