Accused in weekend homicide was victim's brother, cops say

Toronto Police have identified both the suspect and the victim of a murder on Sunday.
Just before 5 p.m., police were called to a stabbing at a home in the Ellesmere Rd. and Orton Park Rd. area. Police say the victim was attacked with an edged weapon and they were pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim has been identified as Dushi Lakshmanan, 54, of Toronto.
Ragulan Lakshmanan, 50, of Toronto, has been charged with second-degree murder.
The victim and the accused are brothers, according to police.
