Toronto man charged with impaired driving in fatal Hwy. 401 crash

Provincial police have identified the victim of an alleged drunk-driving crash on Highway 410 in Toronto on Saturday.
OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt says the crash happened in the westbound lanes west of Keele St. at about 4:30 p.m.

Schmidt says Rakunath Kanagaratnam, 55, of Toronto, is charged with impaired driving and refusal to take a breathalyzer test.
