Soares was driving in Attleboro, Mass., when she said the driver in front of her stopped suddenly, resulting in her rear-ending him.

“He kept slamming on his brakes and then when we got to the intersection, we hit a light and he was in front of me,” the mother of two told WHDH.

“As soon as we went through, we didn’t even make it across and he slammed on his brakes, so I hit him.”

She said she got out of her car to take photos and video of the damage, but Kwesiah allegedly grabbed her phone before picking her up and throwing her to the ground, according to video shared with the outlet.

After receiving several 911 calls, cops said that when they got to the scene, they found a woman in the roadway crying and bleeding from her head.

Witnesses at the scene provided police with disturbing video with one witness telling cops they saw Kwesiah allegedly bang on the roof of Soares’ vehicle and yanked her from it.

The witness said Soares yelled “leave me alone” when he allegedly body-slammed her.

“I remember thinking, ‘I’m in the air right now, I’m in the air,’” Soares recounted to the outlet.

“I tried to defend myself and then he picked me up and that was when the woman got the video of me being thrown to the ground.”

Soares said she was hurled to the ground a second time, but she wasn’t able to get up.

She suffered a broken knee, a broken foot, a significant injury to her eye socket and a serious injury to her skull, police said.

Kwesiah was charged with assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon resulting in a serious injury, malicious destruction of property and operating without a licence, the outlet reported.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help with Soares’ recovery.
