College St. bar owner Gavin MacMillan said the woman told him and co-accused Enzo De Jesus Carrasco that they “looked much more attractive” than the two previous lovers who engaged her in a threesome.
“She was not only consenting — she was leading, telling me what she wanted to do and she wanted to be filmed,” testified MacMillan.
MacMillan portrayed her as a femme fatale who accosted him and Carrasco and realized her sexual fantasies with them after drinking alcohol and snorting cocaine.
“She was on a mission … She wanted to give oral sex to me and to Enzo and wanted a three-some,” said MacMillan.
The woman was playing a submissive who wanted him to slap her and pull her hair, said MacMillan.
Crown attorney Rick Nathanson challenged MacMillan’s account, showing him video which revealed she was passed out, motionless for 10 minutes and staggering through the bar, bumping into chairs.

MacMillan agreed that she appeared too intoxicated to drive.
But the witness stated that minutes later, she was “coherent and articulating” her sexual desires.
Nathanson showed the witness video of the woman snorting two lines of cocaine off the bar.
“If someone’s too drunk to drive, would you have them do lines of cocaine and (say they’re) fine,” suggested Nathanson.
“No I wouldn’t,” replied MacMillan.
Nathanson replayed the video which shows the woman with her head on the bar and then being slapped 10 times in the face by Carrasco.
MacMillan told her she’d have to pay her bar and cocaine tab “one way or the other,” suggested Nathanson.
“This is perplexing, absolutely not,” replied MacMillan.
The alleged victim testified earlier that she never wanted sexual relations with either MacMillan or Carrasco in December 2016.
Both MacMillan, 44, and Carrasco, 34, have pleaded not guilty to charges of gang sexual assault, administering a stupefying substance and unlawful confinement involving the now 27-year-old woman.
The trial resumes Monday.
