Two people were killed and two others were injured after separate early morning crashes on Hwy. 401 that happened within a span of less than 20 minutes and about 10 kilometres apart.

Police said two people were in a vehicle that rolled over on the highway. The 23-year-old female driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene, while a 25-year-old female passenger was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Less than a half-hour later, the OPP responded to another fatal collision on the eastbound 401 lanes approaching Dixon Rd.
