Durham Regional Police say officers from their North Division Criminal Investigative Branch – assisted by the East Division Crime Team, the Drug Enforcement Unit and the Gun and Gang Unit – concluded the investigation dubbed Project Temple by executing of three search warrants at residences in Beaverton and Thornhill on Wednesday.
“During the search of the residences, investigators seized several items, including more than 100 grams of fentanyl, 550 grams of cocaine, 850 grams of methamphetamine and $130,000 in cash,” police alleged in a statement released Thursday.
Demetri Joshua Dawkins-Rhynie, 27, of Thornhill, is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine, possession for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine, and possession for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl.

Nicole Cecilia Wallace, 35, of Beaverton, is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine, and possession for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine.
Matthew Wade Martin Basler, 34, of Beaverton, is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine
Shannon Mark Pols, 51, of Beaverton, is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine.
All four accused were held for a bail hearing.
