A 14-year old boy is Toronto’s latest murder victim.

Police identified the teen stabbed to death near a McDonald’s in the Beaches area Saturday night as Abdoul Aziz Sarr, of Toronto, but released few other details.

Toronto Police said a passing paramedic was flagged down and advised of a stabbing victim found at the McDonald’s on Eastern Ave., near Coxwell Ave. just north of Ashbridges Bay, at about 10:10 p.m.

The boy was located inside the restaurant with serious stab wounds. He was rushed to a hospital where he later died.

No suspect details had been released by Monday afternoon and police are appealing for witnesses as investigators believe there could be many of them.

“There is a lot of videos in the area,” Det.-Sgt. Alan Bartlett told reporters Sunday — appealing to the “literally hundreds of people” who could have potentially witnessed Sarr’s slaying.

“If you saw something, if you recorded something on your device, if you know something, please contact the Toronto Police Service.”

Area residents who spoke to reporters reported seeing “massive crowds” at the McDonald’s on Saturday night with one neighbour telling CTV News it looked like a block party was being hosted at the fast-food eatery.

Sarr was the city’s 19th murder victim of 2025.
