And his fixation escalated to him “committing a series of acts or gestures, including unwanted physical touching and offensive sexual comments to the victims while paramedics were providing medical-related care,” police allege.
“This troubling series of events and pattern of behavior caused great concern for the members of Peel Paramedic Services and all of us at Peel Regional Police,” Deputy Chief Marc Andrews said in a statement released Saturday. “Those providing critical care to our community should feel safe at all times.
The accused – Konstantin Golov – was arrested and held in custody pending a bail hearing.

The Brampton man is charged with one count each of criminal harassment and uttering a threat, and two counts each of sexual assault and mischief.
“This most recent arrest will help assure our first responder partners, and our community, that activities and behaviour such as this will not be tolerated,” Andrews said.
Investigators are concerned about the possibility of other alleged victims, including but not limited to female paramedics.
