CRIME SCENE: Male suspect wanted after sexual assault probed at TTC station

Toronto Police have released a photo of a male suspect sought in a sexual assault investigation at Donlands subway station.

Cops said that on Tuesday at 8:22 p.m., it was reported that the victim was standing on the platform at the subway station when an unknown man approached and asked for directions.

Police said as the victim was helping the man, he allegedly sexual assaulted the victim, who fled by boarding the subway.

The suspect was last seen on the Donlands Station subway platform. He is 29 to 30 years old, 5-foot-6 with a large build, has short hair and was wearing a grey plaid jacket, a red shirt and glasses.

Toronto Police have released a photo of a male suspect wanted in multiple theft investigations at LCBO stores with losses totalling $33,000.

It’s alleged that between Jan. 27 and April 4, the male suspect entered various LCBOs across the GTA, would select a quantity of alcohol and then leave the store without making attempts to pay

The man is 5-foot-6 and 150 pounds with a medium build and short black hair.

MAN ACCUSED OF MEGAPHONE ASSAULT AT RALLY

A 25-year-old Toronto man is facing assault with a weapon and two other charges following a March 21 demonstration in the Front St. W.-Bay St. area.

Toronto Police said that at about 6 p.m., the victim confronted a group of individuals demonstrating in the area which allegedly led to an altercation where the accused struck the victim several times with a megaphone.

Police said the victim was allegedly removed from the area by demonstrators after sustaining injuries to his face.

Yazan Abdul-Rahim is charged with assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm and disguise with intent.
