A speedster allegedly clocked doing more than 200 km/h on Hwy. 410 was charged with impaired driving, police said on Monday.

OPP said a vehicle was stopped on the 400-series highway after allegedly lighting up the radar gun. Police said the driver was taken into custody and police allegedly found a quantity of suspected heroine and methamphetamine inside the vehicle.

The driver, whose identity was not released, was charged with impaired driving and drug possession.
Also on Monday, OPP said a driver on Hwy. 410 was spotted weaving through lanes in and out of traffic and narrowly avoiding collisions. Cops said the driver was allegedly clocked going 190 km/h.
A 17-year-old was charged with dangerous driving and stunt driving. The driver received a 30-day licence suspension and the vehicle will be impounded for 14 days.
