Toronto Cat Rescue’s latest Feline Fitness Challenge has arrived for the summer and you can win some cool prizes when you walk, run or jog your next route in the shape of a cat.

All you have to do is follow Toronto Cat Rescue on GPS tracking app Strava, track your most creative cat route map and then send a screenshot of your cat map and Strava account name to TCS via a direct message to enter.
The challenge is on until June 30.
To kick off the campaign, the rescue has partnered with viral GPS artist Duncan McCabe, the Toronto-based runner behind the viral GPS dancing stick figure.
McCabe designed and completed a cat-shaped route that spanned more than 6 km in under 34 minutes, weaving through iconic neighbourhoods such as The Annex and Casa Loma.
“It was an incredibly fun and rewarding run,” said McCabe in a statement. “Knowing this challenge helps raise awareness for rescue cats made it even more meaningful.”

The challenge is ongoing until the end of June.
“Toronto is full of creative and compassionate people,” Nalini Ramroop, executive director of Toronto Cat Rescue, said in a statement. “This campaign is a fun way to bring those qualities together while helping the city’s most vulnerable cats. Every step taken helps us in our ultimate goal to provide safe and loving homes for cats in need.”
