And the officer showed no mercy in spite of the driver’s whining pleas, according to video shared on  YRP’s Instagram account, YRPOfficial.

“Speeding? I’m on my way to my birthday party,” said the driver in the video. “I haven’t driven the Ferrari for a while.”

“You can’t go 130,” said the officer in response.

At first the driver didn’t believe the speed quoted to him until the officer showed him the results of the radar.

And when the driver found out it was a stunt charge and the Ferrari was going to be towed, he was even more incredulous.

“So it’s a ticket?” asked the driver.

“It’s a stunt,” responded the officer.

“Aw, I’m on my way to my birthday party. Please officer, please. You’re going to take my car? Officer. Please. Please officer, please. Just give me the ticket. I beg you. Officer. I’m going to have my mother and father to come to pick me up.”

As the white Ferrari is being towed, you can hear the driver on his phone saying: “Ma, you have to come pick me up. The police pulled me over. Aw.”

“Do you think this guy’s parents still let him have cake and open presents?” says the YRP below the clip.

A statement at the end of the video says: “Even if you’re going to your birthday party. There is no excuse for stunt driving. This driver was charged with stunt driving. They are facing a 30-day licence suspension, a 14-day vehicle impoundment and could receive fines imposed by the courts.”
