An unidentified man is sought for allegedly groping two unsuspecting women at a TTC station in Willowdale this week.
Toronto Police say the first incident occurred at Finch Station around 8:30 p.m. on Monday.
“The female victim was on the upward escalator,” Const. Laurie McCann said Wednesday, explaining a man on the descending escalator “leaned over” and sexually assaulted her.
She said the man then fled.

Then on Tuesday, around 9:30 p.m., investigators believe the same man groped another female at the same TTC station.
McCann said the victim was using the upward escalator when a man on the descending escalator “leaned over” and sexually assaulted her.
Once again, the man fled the scene.

Investigators have released images of a suspect hoping someone recognizes the man and comes forward.
He’s described as 30 to 35 years old, about 5-foot-5, with a medium build and dark eyes. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, black T-shirt, black pants, black backpack, black face mask, and a red scarf.
Anyone with information regarding the suspect’s identity or whereabouts is asked to call police at 416-808-3200 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
