Toronto Police contacted York Regional Police to say Marchioni, who was treated for minor injuries, had been found.
The investigation is ongoing, and police said officers will continue to “dedicate significant resources” to find the suspects responsible for the kidnapping.
Marchioni was leaving his place of business at 119 Westcreek Dr., near Hwy. 400 and Langstaff Rd., around 2:15 a.m. on Friday, when he was confronted by two assailants who roughed him up and forced the businessman into a grey 2020 Honda CRV LX before fleeing.
They were last seen travelling southbound on Hwy. 400. Investigators also believe a black Dodge Ram pickup was involved.

York Regional Police Insp. Paolo Fiore said Saturday that officers initially responded after a member of the public reported “a suspicious circumstance.”
“Officers arrived on scene and located a black Range Rover in front of the business with personal property belonging to the victim located nearby,” he explained.
Investigators determined the Range Rover belonged to Marchioni.
Police have yet to be able to identify the kidnappers or determine why Marchioni was abducted.
“We also want to speak to anyone who may have information about the circumstances that led to the abduction,” Fiore said on Saturday.
Fiore said Marchioni is “known to police” but offered no further details.
Police are looking for three males, described only as having light-coloured skin, who were dressed in dark clothing and wore masks at the time of the abduction.
Police urged anyone with information to call 1-866-876-5423, ext. 7865.
