Loss prevention officer struck with bottle at LCBO, suspect sought

A loss prevention officer was hospitalized after being struck by a flying bottle in an LCBO store, triggering a hunt for 34-year-old Toronto man.
Toronto Police said officers were called on Monday at 7:43 p.m. to a robbery in the Avenue Rd.-Deloraine Ave. area.
Police said a thief entered an LCBO store and started taking bottles of booze from the shelves and putting them into a box.
Loss prevention staff approached the man, who allegedly threw a bottle that struck one of the staff members.
The thief fled on foot, while the victim was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Adam Canali is wanted for robbery, aggravated assault, two counts of breaching probation and other offences.
He is described as 6-feet with buzzed hair and a receding hairline. He has tattoos on his neck and both arms and hands.
